Saint Patrick’s Day is only one of two holidays celebrated for a saint in the United States, the other being [Saint] Valentine’s. I can’t help but wonder — why these two saints and no other? Sure, there is All Saints Day on November 1st, but it just doesn’t do the other saints justice.
